Position Overview

The Role

As a Senior Launch Product Marketing Manager with a focus on enablement, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining alignment between the launch process and the enablement process. This includes developing strategies that support both launch and enablement goals, as well as equip the sales team and partners with the knowledge, tools, and resources needed to effectively tell Pure’s story of innovation. You will be responsible for developing a simplified and repeatable launch readiness process across all of Pure’s launch cycles that addresses GTM needs and concerns. In addition you will manage cross-functional team schedules, identify risks and clearly communicate them to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Strategy Development and Alignment -- Develop and implement a cohesive enablement strategy that aligns Corporate Enablement with Business Units, ensuring field readiness and effectiveness. Align all launch activities with the strategic goals of the Enablement organization, coordinating efforts across major product launches and continuous improvements.
  • Documentation and Coordination -- Create and maintain key documentation, templates, and a launch summary deck that clearly defines product roadmaps, deliverables, and key timelines. Coordinate across multiple workstreams to deliver a complete bill of materials and map deliverables to responsible parties, ensuring a seamless launch process.
  • Collaboration and Content Development -- Serve as the primary liaison between Corporate Enablement and various stakeholders including SMEs, product marketing, and technical teams. Lead the development of content for enablement programs with SMEs, ensuring sales teams have the necessary resources and knowledge.
  • Project Management and Support -- Oversee project plans for segmenting launches, managing schedules, and handling deliverables. Provide ongoing support and updates to Sales and Partner Portals, capturing and integrating field readiness feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing
  • Deep understanding of product launch process, procedures, trends, and challenges
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing launches and campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, exercise independent judgment, and provide strategic recommendations that drive actionable results, while ensuring full transparency to the extended team throughout the launch process
  • Experience with data, infrastructure/IT or related technologies is a plus

Pay Range

USD $153,000.00 - USD $259,000.00 /Yr.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
