Position Overview

The Role

As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for the Healthcare vertical at Pure Storage, you will play a critical role in designing and executing marketing strategies that support business goals, drive customer engagement, and enhance the vertical's go-to-market efforts. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing and working closely with the Integrated Marketing Manager (IMM), Field Marketing, and the Vertical Business Owner.  You will be responsible for delivering personas, messaging, critical content, and enablement materials tailored to the healthcare industry. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing to deliver compelling customer stories, enhance web presence, and update sales and partner portals.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

 

  • Strategic Marketing Planning -- Collaborate with the Vertical Business Owner and Integrated Marketing Manager to design marketing plans that support business goals and drive demand within the healthcare vertical.
  • Persona, Messaging, and Content Development -- Deliver personas, messaging, and critical content to support vertical go-to-market (GTM) efforts, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration -- Work with cross-functional partners in marketing to deliver customer stories, enhance web presence, and update sales and partner portals with relevant content.
  • Enablement Programs -- Partner with the Vertical Business Owner and enablement team to identify and prioritize enablement needs within the healthcare vertical. Develop proper content for enablement programs and scoping to ensure sales teams are equipped with the knowledge and resources needed to succeed.
  • Internal and External Subject Matter Expertise -- Serve as an internal and external subject matter expert (SME) on healthcare industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, in partnership with the Vertical Business Owner.
  • Sales and Partner Portal Maintenance -- Take ownership of maintaining sales and partner portals to ensure content is up to date, accurate, and effectively utilized by the business.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) and 10+ years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or solutions marketing, with a focus on healthcare IT solutions.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging and content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience with healthcare IT solutions, data storage, or related technologies is a plus.

Pay Range

USD $172,000.00 - USD $259,000.00 /Yr.

Pay Transparency Statement

The annual base salary range is: $153,000 - $259,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
