The Role
We are seeking a leader of the Sales Compensation and Planning team to be responsible for managing all operations, including the implementation of compensation plans and territory designs for the new fiscal year. Your role involves overseeing the daily activities of data stewards in alignment with the Master Data Management strategy, leading sales compensation analysts, and collaborating with Sales Planning and Theater Operations leads. The position may be based out of our Santa Clara, CA (HQ) or Chicago, IL (Hub) and will report into the Sr. Director of Sales Compensation & Planning.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
