The Role
Come be a part of Pure’s Global Partner Marketing Organization (GPMO)! Pure Storage’s GPMO has a team that manages the marketing relationships at our Partners across the globe.
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing leader to effectively lead the team responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans across Pure Storage’s top national resellers in the Americas. This candidate will have established strategic marketing relationships across these partners and will bring expertise in how to align Pure’s company objectives to partners’ initiatives for growth and scalability. This includes collaborating cross functionally within our organization to put partners at the forefront of our internal initiatives for alignment.
In this role, you will be a stakeholder liaison to ensure national partner marketing plans are clearly communicated, and contain the right mix of activities to strengthen Pure’s brand, drive partner and customer engagement, and support both pipeline and bookings growth targets. You will be responsible for regularly measuring success to validate that the team is making the right investments to extend Pure’s reach and impact in the market.
Overall, we are looking for someone to help us drive our partner marketing relationships within our top national partners. We need someone who can easily hit the ground running and has a strong commitment to operational excellence. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Partner Marketing.

The annual base salary range is: $200,000 - $320,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.
This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
